Terms that keep email marketing accountable.

By creating an account, starting a paid plan, using the app, or authorizing someone to use the app on behalf of your business, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Anti-Spam Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate account, business, billing, sender, and contact information.
• You are responsible for users, credentials, API keys, and activity under your workspace.
• You must notify us promptly about unauthorized access, suspected compromise, or abusive use.

MeSquared Marketing helps service businesses import contacts, draft structured email campaigns with AI, render those drafts into email templates, run compliance and preflight checks, send approved campaigns, and summarize campaign results. Generated campaigns do not auto-send. Approval and server-side preflight are required before any marketing campaign is sent.

• You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, quality, and permission status of contacts you import.
• You must have consent or another valid legal basis to send marketing email to each recipient.
• You may not use purchased, rented, borrowed, scraped, harvested, or third-party lists.
• You are the sender of campaigns sent for your business and remain responsible for message content.
• You must maintain a valid physical mailing address, truthful sender identity, and working reply path.

AI output is a draft, not legal, compliance, marketing, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and using the output. You must not submit confidential third-party data, regulated data, or sensitive personal data unless your plan and written agreement expressly allow it.

The language model does not emit production HTML. AI output is structured campaign content that MeSquared renders into email templates. We may use automated checks to reduce policy risk, but those checks do not replace your review.

Email delivery depends on recipient providers, sender reputation, DNS, authentication, content, list quality, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee inbox placement, opens, clicks, revenue, or campaign performance. In v1, Mailgun built-in open and click tracking may be used. Unsubscribe and tracking tokens are random opaque values and must not be replaced with identifiers containing names, emails, or other personal information.

Free and paid plans include the limits shown in the product or order flow. Paid plan billing is handled by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for paid subscriptions until cancellation. Plan changes, taxes, prorations, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations may be handled through Stripe-hosted pages.

Unless your order or a written agreement says otherwise, your active contact limit matches your monthly email tier. Monthly included email credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased extra email credits roll over month to month, do not expire, and add send capacity only; they do not increase your active contact limit.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund for a partial billing period. We may change plan packaging or prices prospectively with reasonable notice.

We may limit, pause, suspend, or terminate access, sending, imports, AI generation, or billing activity if we believe your account violates these Terms, our legal policies, provider requirements, law, security rules, or sender reputation standards. We may also block or delay sending while investigating high bounces, high spam complaints, unusual imports, account compromise, payment failure, or risky content.

You retain ownership of the business content, contact data, brand assets, and campaign instructions you provide. You grant MeSquared and its service providers the rights needed to host, process, generate, render, transmit, secure, support, analyze, and improve the service for you and your workspace.

The product depends on third-party providers for hosting, database, email delivery, AI generation, background jobs, billing, error monitoring, DNS automation, analytics, and related operations. Your use of integrated third-party services may be subject to their terms, policies, and technical limits.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MeSquared will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

We may update these Terms as the product, law, or provider requirements change. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify account owners. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
